Water, Graphite Based Forging Lubricant

METAFORGE G 270 is graphite dispersion, ammonia free, water-based forging lubricant providing excellent performance in a wide range of forged products. It is applicable for use in forming of steel and other ferrous metals and hot forging.

 METAFORGE G 999 is graphite dispersion provides excellent release, and extends die life. METAFORGE G 999 suitable for deep cavity crankshafts, Extrusion type forging, and axles. It has excellent releasing and wetting properties over a wide temperature range.

METAFORGE G 340 is graphite dispersion, METAFORGE G 340 easily wets hot dies, coats uniformly, provides excellent release, and extends die life. To achieve optimum film formation, the diluted dispersion should be spray applied to surfaces heated to at least 100C and on dies with temperatures as high as 500C. METAFORGE G 340 is used to forge hot and warm steels, high temperature alloys, net forgings, and powder metal parts. 

 Graphite Free Synthetic Lubricant

METAFORGE - S 36 is graphite free, water-based forging lubricant for hot and warm forging of ferrous metals, METAFORGE - S 36 easily wets hot dies, coats uniformly, provides excellent release, and extends die life. To achieve optimum film formation, the diluted dispersion should be spray applied to surfaces heated to at least 125C and on dies with temperatures as high as 300C.

Graphite in Oil

SUNLUBE - G 65 is Oil, graphite based heavy duty forging lubricant. It gives excellent lubrication with less fumes. SUNLUBE - G 65 contains graphite, highly refined Petroleum oil & additives. SUNLUBE - G 65 is an extremely stable product that does not settle. This product has a property to withstand temperatures upto 250C and has excellent lubricating properties
